Empowering. Confidence building. Positive. Over 40- read this! I was overweight, suffering from a few chronic illnesses, and have an old upper back injury... I wanted to be healthy so we overhauled our lifestyle and started going to the gym. I’d do some cardio but had no idea how to lift weights properly. So I gave Jordan a call and he changed my life. He wrote us a weightlifting program, taught us proper techniques and always offered encouragement through the workouts. The fat started melting off and my body started changing. The first pic were taken 2 months apart. The left is from today. The pic on the right was taken 2 months ago. Look at the differences in my shoulders & arms! The second pic was taken 10 months apart. This month and last January. All I can say is wow! I feel so good, more energy, confident and happy. I will always workout now including weightlifting for a happy healthy me.
