Jordan’s knowledge of programming, strength and resistance training as well as being an excellent motivator will help you reach your fitness goals! Jordan prides himself on always learning the latest and greatest methods as well as new fitness industry trends to provide the most up to date training techniques. Cassandra is extremely passionate about fitness as it pertains to her career in law enforcement. Cassandra has been weight training herself for 3 years religiously. Cassandra absolutely loves to share her knowledge and experience on the subject to women & men to help them reach their fitness potential. Cassandra believes there’s a huge connection between physical fitness and mental well-being as it has impacted Cassandra’s life for all the right reasons. Cassandra is a part-time personal trainer, but gives 100% towards training her clients. She wants to see them excel and surpass their fitness expectations! Cassandra specializes in weight training, circuit training, HIIT & strength conditioning.

I have always loved sports since I was little, I would join every team I possibly could! I’ve always been an active person; I always knew my career would involve health, fitness, or rehab in some way. I graduated from Georgian College in April 2020 from the Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant program. Since graduating, I’ve been working as a Physiotherapist Assistant with the geriatric population. Throughout college I knew I wanted to keep learning and doing more! I always had Personal Training in the back of my mind. I started working out with my boyfriend and he helped me realize my potential in the gym!! Ever since then I knew I had to start Personal Training too! So I did it!! Although I am sad to be leaving my job as a PTA, I am totally amped to be apart of HQ Fit Studio’s team and continue to help more people reach and accomplish their goals no matter what they are!!

Hi! My name is Alex, I'm 21 years old and I am a personal trainer at HQ Fit Studio. I have been working out for years, but have started taking it seriously and gaining more knowledge for over the past 2 years. Aside from training, I'm focused on going to school for massage therapy. My future goal is to compete in a bodybuilding competition and see where that takes me.
I've struggled with not feeling confident in the gym and not knowing where to begin, so I want to help other who've felt the same way! HQ is like family family to me now I wouldn't want to me be anywhere else.

The time has come!! I'm officially an HQ Personal Trainer! I'd like to take the time to tell ya'll why I started my fitness journey in the first place. Right in the midst of high school I had to transfer schools. I was unsure and nervous about the changes, so I decided to take up weight training at the local YMCA. Well, needless to say I absolutely fell in love with it and the confidence that came along with it. I became very eager and strived to learn something new every day.
Fast forward 5 years later and I am now training people who were in similar shoes as me. I truly feel blessed to apart of the HQ fit fam.
